At Tecfar our focus is on customer satisfaction. We are a value-added manufacturer and assembler of precision and hydraulic components and assemblies, primarily focused on the aircraft, aerospace, and medical industries.<\/p>\n

Since our inception in 1983, Tecfar has built a reputation for excellence in metals and carbon fabrication, machining and assembly. Tecfar is well sized to be customer focused, yet large enough to enjoy economies of scale to provide competitive pricing and the convenience of \"one-stop shopping.\"<\/p>\n

Tecfar\u2019s team of skilled engineers assist customers at every level of the process to improve manufacturability of your product. As a full service fabrication facility, Tecfar can often consider assemblies or component level parts that contain other technologies.<\/p>\n

Our engineers, technicians and specialists have always worked in partnership with customers to deliver cost savings, high product reliability and enhanced quality. From providing solutions for customer needs to design and production, Tecfar can build small and medium sized precision products that meet your specifications.<\/p>\n

Tecfar's mission is best summarized by its founder, the late Joseph Simpson - \"We will strive to pursue excellence and promote the foundational values of integrity and quality workmanship in the products we make, to grow in a productive and profitable manner to benefit the customers, suppliers and employees we serve.\"<\/p>\n

\nTecfar's philosophy of operation is based on a commitment to continuous quality improvement, and excellence from all company personnel through active participation and involvement.
\nOur continuous quality improvement program empowers all employees to contribute to ongoing improvement. Statistical measurement, employee involvement teams, and formal corrective action provide a solid foundation for quality improvement.<\/p>\n

Tecfar maintained a 2022 quality rating of 98.1% and 97.4% on-time delivery according to statistics provided by our customers and internally when no customer statistics were provided.<\/p>\n

Our quality\/inspection department features a Brown & Sharpe Global 7.10.7 CNC CMM, Mititoyo CMM, Sunnen gages, Rockwell hardness tester, air gage, Microhite, and all other customary gages. We are ISO9001 and AS9100 registered. If you are involved with the defense industry, please note that Tecfar is ITAR registered.<\/p>\n

Tecfar recognizes that today\u2019s environment demands the utmost in quality and has implemented statistical process controls and extensive process monitoring by all employees to meet this challenge. In addition, Tecfar maintains a complete inspection department to ensure incoming parts and material conditions; as well as making sure the final product meets customer\u2019s specifications.<\/p>\n
